A Practical 2-Hour Reset for a Clear, Aligned Start to 2026

Begin the New Year with clarity and an actionable plan for 2026—one that supports the life you truly want, not just the one you’ve been defaulting to. This 2-hour workshop gives you the structure and space to pause, reflect, take inventory, and map out what you actually desire for the year ahead.

This isn’t about traditional “goals” or endless to-do lists. We’ll dig deeper, find what is living in the void—into the feelings, rhythms, and intentions you want to experience in 2026, and what needs to shift so you can create them.

I do this same ritual every year, and let me be clear—this is not another vision board you create, admire for a week, and then tuck into a closet. This is about building an actionable plan you can actually follow.

You’ll start by surveying 2025: what you accomplished, what you’re still craving, and what’s lingering in the void. From there, I’ll guide you through a Future You meditation to help you feel into the woman you’re becoming in 2026—her energy, her priorities, her non-negotiables.

You’ll get honest about what you want to move toward—whether that’s a career shift, strengthening your relationships, putting your health first, or creating more spaciousness in your life. Then we’ll translate that clarity into a practical, doable plan for the year ahead.

What happens in your kitchen, car, and conversations — that’s yoga in real life.

This workshop teaches you how to bring presence, breath, and steadiness into the moments that actually matter — so you feel grounded when life pulls you off center.

We’ll Explore:

  • How to recognize what your body is actually saying — when it’s wired, heavy, stressed, overwhelmed, or quietly asking for a break — and what to do in that moment.

  • Simple nervous system resets that take less than a minute but can shift your whole day.

  • A timeless yogic framework (Ayurveda aka Circadian Rhythm Medicine) that explains why you feel off balance — and how to come home to yourself again.

You’ll Leave With:

  • A clear understanding of your mind-body energy patterns and how to keep them steady.

  • Micro-practices you can use in real time — in the car, at work, or before sleep.

SOUND BATH

Join us for an immersive experience with Crystal Sound Bowl Meditation and Sound Healing. This ancient practice uses the resonant sounds of crystal bowls and other instruments to promote deep relaxation, balance and healing. 
Sound Baths are a form of sound therapy that uses the soothing tones of instruments to create a state of harmony and tranquility. Each bowl is tuned to a specific frequency that aligns with the body’s energy centers (chakras), promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. 

Some of the benefits include:

-Reduces stress & anxiety

-Improves sleep

-Balances energy

-Boosts immune system

-Improves focus & clarity

-Supports physical healing 

While Sound Baths offer many benefits, it may not be suitable for everyone. Those with the following conditions should avoid attending sound healing: pace makers or metal implants, epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, pregnancy, hearing impairments or sensitivities. 

Participation in this meditation is at your own risk. Before signing up for any course, please check with your doctor to ensure that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the class. 

For this event please be sure to bring a mat, pillow and or blanket and even an eye mask if you like. In this way you will be setting yourself up for comfort. Alternatively you may wish to sit in a chair.
