About Ivette Desai
Ivette Desai is a wellness strategist, educator, and corporate wellbeing partner who helps individuals and organizations reduce stress, improve energy, and build sustainable habits that support long-term performance.
Like many high-achieving professionals, Ivette has lived through multiple chapters that required her to constantly adapt—striving for excellence early in life, balancing career and family demands, and later navigating the cumulative effects of chronic stress, inflammation, fatigue, poor sleep, digestive issues, and burnout.
Through Ayurveda, nervous system regulation, yoga, meditation, and energy-based practices, she learned how to align daily habits with biological rhythms rather than working against them. The result was not only improved health—but greater clarity, resilience, and sustainable energy.
Today, as a conscious facilitator, Ivette brings this integrated, evidence-informed approach into corporate environments, helping teams and individuals reduce stress and inflammation, improve focus and sleep, regulate energy across the workday, and prevent burnout before it becomes a performance issue.
