Your body holds more than you realize: tension, stress, and unprocessed strain stored deep in the connective tissue. This 75-minute workshop uses Yoga Tune Up therapy balls to release myofascial tension, ease chronic tightness, and restore mobility from the inside out.
We'll roll slowly and intentionally through key areas of the body, dissolving knots, reducing pain, and waking up range of motion you may have forgotten you had. From there, we transition into Yoga Nidra, a guided state of deep rest that allows the nervous system to fully downregulate before closing with a sound bath to anchor you in stillness and deep rest.
You'll leave with less pain, more ease in your body, and a nervous system that finally feels settled.
